All park guests must stop at the office and register to ride prior to unloading. If you have not registered you are trespassing.
Park gates close an 8:00 P.M.
Drivers and passengers ride at their own risk. Only attempt obstacles that you feel capable of.
No alcoholic beverages or mind altering substances that may impair a persons judgment allowed on the trails
No glass on the trails (NO EXCEPTION) if you take it in bring it out.
Stay on the roads and out of the grass on the top of the park.
Seat belts or restraint devices are to be worn by all vehicle occupants.
Helmets are required by all ATV riders.
All persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Speed limit is 5mph on the top of the park.
Riding is permitted on established trails only. Do not venture off established roads.
Do not remove any trees or rocks on the trail system they are an obstacle.
Night riding is not permitted after 11 P.M. Be respectful to campers and other park guests.
Stay within all property boundaries of the park.
Absolutely no motorized vehicles allowed in Deer Creek
